DentalForce Enterprise is deployed into your Microsoft Azure subscription. Your organization keeps the tenant, the identity provider, and the data. We provide the application, the rollout, and ongoing support.

The app is provisioned in the tenant your IT team already administers. You choose the region. You keep resource-level visibility.
Microsoft Entra ID is how people sign in. Conditional access, MFA, and group membership stay in your directory — we do not ask staff to create a separate marketplace account.
Staff profiles, credentials, shift history, and ratings live in your tenant. Public DentalForce does not see that data unless you later opt into the overflow connection.
